First of all, the ginger and garlic cleaning process is done by water jet washer, after that skin is

removed by the Peeling machine and then crushed the same by crusher after that paste is prepared

by the pulping machine. Finally, that paste is stored in a steel vessel and mix with salt, turmeric and

some preservative which is used for food products. This total process is done by some labor, you

need to appoint them and then packaging process for that you need to purchase jars in bulk and print

your own brand pouches.Jars of 50g.,100g, 200g.,500g.,1kg,5kg, etc.and pouches also 50g.,100g,

200g. etc. pack and again packed into a carton box.

In the second step, You need to register your own brand and take  GST registration. It is a food 

product so you need to take FSSAI license and ISO also.

Marketing:

You need to print visiting cards, catalogs, and pamphlets and distribute them in all Kirana stores,

Supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, food courts, hostels, and houses, etc. Better you go for a tv channel

advertisement to get popular your brand, and you need to build your own website to get online orders.
