Ready to cook Chapathi making business

Ready to cook chapathi making Business

Hi Friends, Today I am going to share with you a new and innovative business idea that is ready

to cook chapati making business or instant chapati making business. Instant chapati means uncooked

chapati, it is a healthy food item and a breakfast item. This business is very simple and easy to start.

In this article, now I am telling how to start this business, what is the process of the business and

about machinery and how to market these products.

Market Potential:

Nowadays, so many people are suffering from sugar disease so that they must eat chapati daily, but

the chapati making process is lengthy, and they are busy in their works, they don't have time to

prepare chapatis daily, for those people these uncooked chapatis are very useful. And Health

conscious, people are eating chapatis regularly. So it is a necessary food item in our daily life.

Working women have preferred this type of instant foods because they are tired with their works so

they don't have time to make them. Bachelors and Senior citizens also prefer these uncooked chapatis

It is very easy to use just open the packet, take that uncooked chapati and cook on a pan for few

minutes and eat it. So it is highly needed food product and high consumption food product so that

this business has huge market potential in the present situations.

Here is a video about this business, please watch this:

The First Step, Raw Material:

Wheat flour or chakki fresh atta is used for making chapatis and you can make multi-grain atta also.

In this business, you can make chapati, roti, poori, and multi-grain chapati, etc. You have to purchase

wheat flour or maida bulk bags from the flour mills or wholesale suppliers. wheat flour is available

in 50Kg bags, so you have to purchase twenty or thirty bags from the flour mills directly then only

you can get a cheap rate. Salt is other raw material and preservatives which is needed for this chapati

making process. Preservatives and additives are not necessary if you want to add them or not.

The Second Step, Machinery:

Semi-automatic machines and fully automatic machines are available in the market. Initially, you

have to start with semi-automatic machine, it is easy to operate and install at home. According to

production of chapatis like per hour 200 or 300 or 500, machine capacity is based, and machine

cost also depends on the production capacity. You have to choose the right machine for your

convenience and based on production estimations. Initially, you start with a small investment, once

you have gotten good business then expand your business.

The Third Step, Making process:

In this making process five steps are there, they are:

  • Mixing Flour with water
  •  Kneading the dough
  • Ball cutting
  • Pressing to make chapati
  • Semi cooking

First of all, the flour is mixing with water and kneading into the dough with the help of kneader. Then

The dough is cutting into small balls as required shape and size. These balls are pressed by machine

and make into chapati as required size and thickness that is fixed by the machine. After making

these chapatis are semi-cooked at a certain temperature with the help of the machine. Then chapatis

are ready to pack. These chapatis are packed into simple polythene pouches which are labeled your

own brand. For that, you need to print your brand pouches and purchase a simple pouch sealing

machine. This machine is installed at your home in a room and hire two or three ladies workers to do

this making and packing work.

The Fourth Step, Branding:

You have to take some registrations for your business, They are, Trademark registration and GST

Registration and Fssai registration.

You have to print visiting cards and catalogs  and distribute them all the stores as well as houses

also. In the apartments and gated community residential areas, you have to set up stalls of your

products for getting popular about your products in the public. You have to promote your brand

on social media like Facebook, youtube, twitter, etc. You have to join FMCG groups on Facebook.

And Create your company's Facebook page and sell your products to your customers.

Marketing:

You can market all the provisional stores (retail and wholesale), bakeries, supermarkets, hotels,

restaurants, canteens, hostels, educational institutions, etc. For that, you have to appoint a salesperson

or marketing executive. Another marketing option is you have to set up your own outlets in the center

points of the city and supply for curry point centers and chapati making centers.

For online sales, you have to register your company in big basket.com  and get-grocery.com websites.

Here a very important thing is the expiry of products so be careful you must sell the products as

early as possible without damage or spoil of the products. So that You need to take care of

production, according to your market and sales the production also equalize as per your

requirements. It is very necessary otherwise you will get loss in this business. It is a highly

profitable business there is no tension about loss but be careful about productions and sales.
