The First Step, Raw Material:

and purchase grains in bulk from them. From these Soygrains, we can make Soyabean oil, Soya
milk, Soya sauce, Soya yogurt, Soya Paneer, etc. If you want to start a big industry you can make

industry is a big project, in this oil extraction, we can make soya nuggets as a by-product. So If

In this process, The Soybean flour is mixed with water and kneaded by Mixer. After that the mixture
is formed as soya chunks with the help of Extruder. After making these balls are sending into
Dryer and they are dried at a certain temperature for some time. Then they are cooled by Cooling
conveyor and separated these nuggets by the grader. Finally, Finished goods are ready to pack. You
have to pack in pouches and some box packaging and simple polythene pouches. For packaging,
you have to purchase a pouch packaging machine. You have to print your own brand pouches and
paper boxes for packaging.
This total unit is set up in a godown which is comfortable with water facility, power supply, and labor
working. You have to hire experienced workers to do this all making process of soya chunks and
packaging works also.
