The First step, Raw Materials: The Main raw material is velvet cloth and some stones, kundans,

beats, adhesive, glue, etc. are used for making bindis. This cloth is available in meters, You should

 Machinery also required that is printing and punching machines. And some hand tools are required

for making bindis. This unit starts at home and you need labor for packaging.

The second step, How to make bindi, First of all, the velvet cloth sheets are cut into some required

shapes and some printing designs are made with machine after that punching the bindis in required

sizes and shapes by punching machine. After making bindis, you should apply adhesive on the back

side of the bindis and dry them. Finally, these bindis packed into some paper folders which is printed

with your own brand. These packets again packed into some boxes or polythene sheets(Wall

Hangers).

Design Bindis are made by manual with hand tools. They are made with some costly

stones and kundans.These bindis packed in some special plastic boxes.You must register your own

brand. This business is very profitable depending on your efforts.
